On June 4th, EasyFlood Team (Jose Antonio Antolinez and Valvanuz Fernandez) took part in DigiShapeDay at Delft University of Technology with a hands-on course dedicated to BlueMath, the open-source modelling philosophy combining data science and AI to tackle climate challenges in coastal and hydraulic engineering.

Throughout the day, we explored:

🌊 Introduction to BlueMath: the Why–How–What.
🧠 Reduced order models and hybrid approaches for downscaling, in collaboration with Tim Leijnse.
🌐 Hands-on session in the cloud using BlueMath-Hub.
🔬 Real-world applications in coastal hazard assessment.
